100 yard mark juniper trees
If your ball is lost in any of the 100 yard juniper trees, you are entitled to a free drop.
If your stance or physical swing is impeded by the juniper tree, you are entitled to a free drop. You are NOT entitled to a free drop if the tree is simply in the path of your ball flight.
Explanations of terms used in the list of local rules by courses/holes below:
If the rule states you can take a Free Drop from a specific location listed in the Courses/Holes list below, you will drop the ball one club length from closest point of relief from where the ball last crossed the boundary of the specified location. Note: This says "Closest" point of relief, not the "nicest" point of relief. Say your ball is on the cart path: Determine the edge of the cartpath that on the same side of the centerline of the path as your ball. Find the spot that offers relief and drop the ball one club length from there.
Any utility box (irrigation control box, etc) shall be treated as an immovable object. You are entitled to relief if the box impedes your stance or golf swing (club or body). You are NOT entitled to relief if the box is simply in the way of your intended ball flight.
See the "USGA Rules" page for information on relief from immovable objects.
